Job Description
Regard is seeking a welcoming and detail-oriented Workplace Experience and Events Coordinator to support a positive employee experience and ensure smooth office operations. This role involves coordinating events, handling office tasks, and providing a great first impression for new hires. The position is based in New York City.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in office coordination, people operations, events or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Must be in-office (Mon–Fri) in our NoMad location
