Director Medical Affairs Hematology - Canada

Regeneron Canada is seeking a Medical Director Hematology to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Hematology disease areas, strong medical communication skills, and experience working in a matrix, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• M.D., PhD, or PharmD with expertise in Hematology disease areas
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical affairs, with clinical, research, or drug-development experience in Hematology
• Successfully working in a matrix, cross-functional environment; excellent collaboration skills; experience working across functions to achieve results
• Excellent medical communication skills and a thorough understanding of the healthcare environment, including external partners
• Disease area expertise and medical and/or clinical experience, with demonstrated understanding of medical affairs accountabilities for evidence generation, external engagement, and internal advice
