Job Description
As a member of the CFO's Finance Center of Excellence, the Manager, Accounting & Finance will be responsible for enhancing relationships with Portfolio Company's Finance Teams and executing on four key pillars: Enterprise performance management, finance strategy, finance operations, and pre/post-merger finance support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related
- Active CPA license (nice-to-have but not required)
- 7+ years of professional experience in public accounting, consulting, banking, and/or industry experience
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Proficient in Excel
- Broad systems knowledge (accounting, business intelligence, financial reporting, and data warehouse)
- Ability to build partnerships across departments and partners
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ability to be flexible
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prepare work accurately and timely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Career-oriented with strong work ethic
- Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
Benefits
- Reasonable estimate of current base salary range ($150,000 per year to $165,000 per year)
