Lincoln Park Center for Advanced Orthopedic Surgery is seeking a Front Desk Representative to perform administrative tasks and arrange for patient admission. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in a medical office or surgical center.

Requirements

• Greet and speak with patients and family members in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Coordinate preadmission verification and collect patient data
• Complete admitting registrations and collect copayments and deductibles
• Communicate with physician offices, insurance companies, and patients about insurance benefits and costs
• Maintain confidentiality of Center and patient information
• Perform other duties as assigned
