Stuart Surgery Center- Full-Time RN Pre Admission Testing

The Pre Admission Testing RN (PAT) acts as a patient advocate, providing continuity of care designed to meet individual patient needs through collaboration with other members of the health care team of the Surgical Center.

Requirements

• Assess patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients during patient interview.
• Develop, discuss, and communicate a realistic plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with each patient, family, and significant other to address all identified needs during the preadmission process.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team to ensure quality care and communicate any potential concerns with team members as needed.
