Job Description
The Case Manager position at the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is a bilingual role focused on supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities. RCEB provides services for over 25,000 individuals, aiming to connect them with supportive communities and enable them to lead fulfilling lives. The RCEB envisions a future where individuals with developmental disabilities are fully integrated into community life, with family members, schools, and opportunities for meaningful participation.
Requirements
- Case Manager I
- BA Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field and 1 year similar experience OR B.A. in an unrelated human services field plus 4 years of experience working directly with the developmentally disabled
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing
- Automobile and valid driver's license required
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
- Ability to speak and read in Spanish
