Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team and provide patient care at our West Wisconsin locations. The role involves managing patient caseloads, performing assessments, ordering tests, providing education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The provider will be part of the GI team and contribute to the patient's health and well-being.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant OR currently licensed as an APRN in MN and current MN RN license.
- Current APP certification as Physician’s Assistant OR current APRN Specialty Certification.
- Must maintain CME requirements.
