Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Clinic Assistant for its Urology department in Woodbury, MN and Saint Paul, MN. The role involves servicing patients, managing appointments, ensuring accurate financial and demographic information, and coordinating communication between staff and patients. This is a vital point of contact for patient scheduling and a key account for the medical group.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years experience as a medical receptionist
- Two years experience in a customer service position
- One year experience using data look-up and data entry functions on a mainframe or PC-based computer system
- One year customer service experience either via telephone or in-person
- Demonstrated ability to organize work under pressure
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
