Security Officer

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to join their team. This role will be responsible for protecting people, property, information, and the organization's reputation. The position requires problem solving skills, de-escalation techniques, and the ability to perform a variety of routine emergency support calls. It will report to a team and foster cooperation with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• FBI/BCA background check required upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent experience.
• 2 or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice preferred.
• Experience in healthcare security preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Active driver's license.
