Requirements
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required
