Job Description
The Fraud Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing payments to identify fraud trends and mitigate losses. This role involves analyzing suspicious activities, researching transaction histories, and escalating cases. The position ensures compliance with AML-related policies and provides support to business lines with requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 3 years of banking experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of payment rules and regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
