Job Description
The Intake Specialist is responsible for the first point of contact for clients, managing the initial stages of a case and ensuring smooth case progression. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, empathy, and clear communication to build trust and ensure accuracy in client documentation and data entry. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
