Job Description
Regnology is seeking a regulatory reporting support specialist to join their support team. The role involves providing expert support for regulatory reporting products, ensuring timely assistance to clients, and acting as a technical advisor. The ideal candidate will navigate regulatory requirements and contribute to operational excellence, compliance, and platform stability across their GCP-based ecosystem.
Requirements
- Provide expert support for regulatory reporting products.
- Answer/solve client inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Verify and reproduce errors.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose data integration issues.
- Coordinate root-cause analysis (RCA).
- Create and improve documentation.
