Job Description
REI Systems is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to drive growth within federal IT contracting, focusing on Department of Commerce, USPTO, USDA, GSA, and other federal civilian customers. This role is a vital part of the company's mission to deliver reliable technology solutions and support mission-critical initiatives. The position involves leading opportunities through the full capture lifecycle, developing proposals, and building relationships with government stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of federal business development and capture management experience
- Proven track record in developing capture strategies, shaping opportunities, and leading proposal support for multi-million-dollar contracts ($10M–$50M+)
- Strong ability to engage and influence government customers
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Knowledge of FAR, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
