Persoonlijk Begeleider EVB+

We are looking for a Personal Supporter to work with clients with complex care needs at our Reinaerde location in Dennendal. You will provide structure, proximity, and small moments of meaning to our clients, and work with a close team to create a safe and stimulating environment.

Requirements

• MBO 4 or HBO care diploma
• Ability to work irregular shifts
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work according to the Triple-C method
