Job Description
We are looking for a planner to work in the Central Planning Bureau of Reinaerde, ensuring optimal personnel planning and continuity of care. As a planner, you will create area plans, mediate in replacement, and work with contracted staffing agencies.
Requirements
- MBO-4 diploma
- Experience with personnel planning or rostering
- Mathematical insight and analytical ability
- Knowledge of roster programs and relevant legislation and regulations
- Tact, persuasiveness, and stress resistance
- Collegial attitude and ability to work well together
Benefits
- Gross monthly salary of at least €2836 and at most €3825 at 36 hours
- 8% holiday pay
