Requirements

• Supporting clients in their daily life and living environment.
• Drawing up and implementing individual support plans.
• Supervising clients in social contacts and activities in the neighborhood.
• Managing a caseload and supporting colleagues.

Benefits

• Directly a permanent contract (with a two-month probation period) for 28-32 hours a week.
• A gross salary between €2,836 and €3,825 per month (FWG 40) in accordance with the collective labor agreement for care of the disabled, based on 36 hours a week.
• 8.33% end-of-year bonus, 8% holiday pay and pension buildup.
