Job Description
LVB-MVB Coordinator responsible for providing a safe and trusted environment for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, providing structure, direction, and support to help them grow and become more independent.
Requirements
- Lead the support process and create and keep an eye on the support plan
- Synchronize with behavior experts and other disciplines and coach colleagues on the shop floor
- Follow up on results and goals, evaluate, and adjust as needed
- Provide personal attention and signal changes in need in a timely manner
- Work according to the support plan and contribute to a safe, trusted atmosphere
- Work together with colleagues, relatives, and caregivers to agree on the right care
