Requirements

• Participate in the group of clients and their relatives, so that you can get to know them well
• Investigate and solve complex situations together with colleagues and a behavioral scientist
• Coach colleagues; from starter to experienced caregiver
• Improve cooperation, communication, quality and daily processes
• Keep moving with changes in care and society and actively respond to them
