Job Description
You will be a coach, organizer, and healthcare professional for older people with a mental disability and sometimes unexplained brain damage. You will build a strong team, monitor the quality of care, and provide support to clients.
Requirements
- Experience with adults with a mental and physical disability
- Understanding of the needs of older people with a mental disability
- Ability to inspire colleagues and support clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends
