Job Description
We're looking for an HR pro to keep our people systems accurate, our processes efficient and compliant, and our team informed and supported. You will develop and coordinate internal initiatives and events that ensure employees not only have a smooth experience across the lifecycle, but also have opportunities to grow and contribute to the firm's success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least two years of experience in HR People Operations, or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using HRIS and ATS tools
- Strong understanding of core HR principles, compliance fundamentals, and people operations processes
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Organized and process-driven, with the ability to be flexible, change priorities, and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust, deliver clear guidance, and work collaboratively across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Project management skills
