Job Description
As an IT-support employee/workplace manager, you are the first point of contact for our internal end-users via JIRA Service Management and face-to-face. You will contribute to our internal IT projects and have opportunities for development within IT Service Management or elsewhere within the Mobility Invest Group.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO 3 IT training
- At least two years of experience in IT support
- Available 32 to 40 hours per week
- Communicatively skilled and service-oriented
- Solution-oriented and help colleagues where necessary
- Resident in the Amersfoort area or travel within about 30 minutes to the office
