We are looking for a Tenderspecialist who is analytically sharp, structured, and detail-oriented, and gets energy from winning tenders with social impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing in new partnerships and work intensively with colleagues from various disciplines to prepare convincing tenders.

Requirements

• Analyzing tender documents and identifying client needs
• Compiling and writing high-quality tender documents and preparing a convincing presentation
• Collecting, documenting, and processing information from the organization to the winning bid
• Supporting the tender process with relevant technical input and advice
• Contributing to improving tender strategies and sharing best practices
• Evaluating the entire process afterwards and signaling improvements that can be taken on board by the team in a subsequent project
