Business Systems Analyst - HRIS/Payroll

The Business Analyst, Human Resources is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Oracle Human Resources within the Oracle E-Business suite and Oracle cloud HCM. They work closely with the user community, IT Technical Services, and other IT Oracle Applications staff to improve operational efficiencies and add value. This includes troubleshooting issues, providing support to HR and IT resources, and assisting with projects and initiatives like system upgrades and testing.

Requirements

• Trouble shoot emergency issues.
• Provide support to both Admin and Field HR end-users.
• Research and resolve HRIS system problems.
• Support HR system projects and initiatives.
• Perform functional analysis for requirements.
• Design reports using appropriate reporting tools.
• Maintain and modify HRIS modules.
