Software Design Consultant

Relatient is seeking a skilled Software Design Consultant to join our team. The role involves working across internal teams and with clients to understand and design patient access workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic skills, excellent people skills, and the ability to think critically and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytic skills and demonstrated ability to think critically
• Experience working with SQL
• Excellent people skills and ability to engage a broad set of stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Extraordinary attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
