We're seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at Relatient, a company that helps healthcare organizations optimize patient access through AI-powered workflows. The role involves supporting the month-end close process, handling variance and spend analysis reporting, and working cross-functionally to lead and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts payable
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience with accounting close and preparation of financial statements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience working in a high growth technology or SaaS company
