They are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer to oversee a team of engineers responsible for powder bed fusion manufacturing processes, focusing on improving reliability, uptime, and flow. The role involves technical leadership, process improvement projects, and collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering (or relevant technical discipline)
• 5+ years of experience with Powder Bed Fusion/Additive Manufacturing engineering experience
• 1+ year of technical leadership or project ownership experience
• Demonstrated experience working with powder bed fusion (LPBF) in a production environment
• Experience owning or mentoring engineers
• Strong track record of delivering results across ambiguous and high-scope technical areas
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills
