Senior Fluid Systems Engineer

Relativity Space is building rockets to serve the space industry. The Stage Fluids team designs and delivers the propellant, pressurant, pneumatics, and other fluid systems for Terran R, a rocket designed to deliver payloads to orbit. This role is crucial for ensuring reliable operation and efficiency, involving mission-critical systems and process oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering or relevant)
• 5+ years of experience working with fluids systems
• Experience with one or more fluid or thermal modeling tools
• Experience with programming languages such as Matlab, Python, or C++
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
