Requirements
- 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware
- Possess a wide range of technical skills including but not limited to fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
- Ability to effectively communicate with engineering and production
- Ability to set up and operate a wide range of hand and pneumatic tools and calibrated tools
- Ability to climb ladders
- Comfort working in tight spaces
