Vehicle Structures Engineer II

Relativity Space is building rockets to serve customers in the orbit launch industry. They are seeking a Vehicle Structures Engineer II to support the design, build, and test of their Terran R vehicle, a large-scale rocket capable of reaching commercial success. This role involves full design cycles, analysis, manufacturing, and collaboration with various engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a full cycle design engineering role
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• Demonstrated knowledge of structural analysis and test (hand calculations to advanced analysis)
• Demonstrated knowledge of structures strength, stability and fatigue failure mechanisms
• Demonstrated knowledge of additive and traditional manufacturing processes
