Relay is a digital banking platform seeking a highly driven and hands-on Controller to join its Finance team, responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling financial reporting processes to support the company's growth.
Requirements
- Own and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Maintain and improve financial reporting processes
- Develop and implement strong internal controls and accounting policies
- Drive process improvements and lead automation initiatives
- Manage the external audit
- Support investor relations, board reporting, and executive presentations
- Oversee core accounting functions
