Product Manager

Relay is a digital banking platform that gives self-made business owners the tools and know-how to be great with money. As a Product Manager at Relay, you'll own a defined product area within one of our core domains and be responsible for delivering measurable improvements in customer and business outcomes within that scope.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping meaningful product improvements
• Experience owning a defined product area or mandate within a pod or team
• Strong ability to define measurable success metrics and hold yourself accountable to them
• Comfortable driving initiatives from discovery to launch with increasing autonomy
• Data-literate: able to define KPIs, interpret performance metrics, and write basic SQL queries to support decision-making
