Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the Operational Risk Policy function through the remediation, uplift, and development of enterprise-level policy documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within financial services or banking environments.
- 8+ years of experience writing policy documentation and end-user documentation in regulated organizations.
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management concepts, frameworks, and governance.
- Proven ability to review, revise, and remediate complex policy documents with precision and clarity.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
