Senior Software Engineer (Chat)

Relevance AI is hiring a Senior Back-End Software Engineer to join their Chat team in Sydney. The team owns one of Relevance AI’s newest and fastest-growing products: Chat, the conversational layer of their platform. The role involves designing, building, and operating scalable back-end systems that power real-time, AI-driven chat experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining production back-end systems
• Thrive in dynamic, high-performance start up settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative
