Job Description
Relevance AI is building the home of the AI workforce, empowering teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents. The Staff Software Engineer role will drive deep technical leadership and execution across the Builders team, focusing on making the platform better for customers building agents and automation workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining production back-end systems
- Deep technical proficiency in modern web technologies, ideally TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Experience building systems for enterprise or high-scale users
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent workflows, or AI infrastructure
