Engineering Manager

We're a bold thinking and kind team, growing fast but staying grounded. We aim to improve the flow of goods, time, and energy, and we're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our RELEX's Forecasting and Replenishment department.

Requirements

• Proven competence to lead others, craft a vision, and deliver it through the team
• Proven track record of continuous learning and growth
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to drive execution through the team and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong ability to delegate, collaborate, and enable team success rather than focusing on individual contributions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong creative and independent thinking, questioning status quo
• T-Shaped competency profile: generalist in many areas, but also deep understanding in either tech or business, preferably both
• Fluent in written and spoken English
