Senior UX Designer – Design, Manufacturing

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team of five designers working across our Manufacturing (MFG) business area. Our AI-powered software helps manufacturing companies optimise their end-to-end supply chain to reduce waste and operate more efficiently. We collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to strive for excellent user experience that aligns with business-critical requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design with a strong focus on user experience, research, interaction design or digital service design.
• Experience working with complex, data-heavy use cases, preferably in B2B solutions.
• Strong expertise in thinking systemically and information hierarchy, with a good sense of UI design.
• Ability to balance strategic concepts to detailed wireframes, and hands-on execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with different stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to listen, spar, and challenge existing assumptions and requirements based on data, user research, and user needs.
• Proactivity and ability to self-manage and contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge and solving problems collaboratively
• Fluent in written and spoken English
