Technical Service Consultant

Join our global continuous services team as a Technical Consultant/Site Reliability Engineer. You'll work with our teams in Atlanta and Helsinki, contributing your skills and expertise to ensure service levels are met for a portfolio of customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or experience working in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computing Science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Technical troubleshooting experience
• Good English proficiency (both verbal and written) and Spanish skills
• Experience in programming/database/query languages & tool skills (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of databases and Git
• Basics of Linux and Unix
• Experience working with external customers
• Understanding of how Support Services function
• Excellent communication skills
