Job Description

The aim is to enhance culture, engagement, and performance in a remote-first environment by leveraging technology and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Proven success designing compensation, performance, and employee programs
- Strong analytical skills

- Experience leading through organizational change
