Job Description
Reliance Health is seeking a talented Talent Development Associate to drive learning and development initiatives. The role focuses on identifying talent needs, designing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This includes creating/revising policies, conducting TNAs, developing curricula, implementing training programs, and supporting onboarding. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
