Job Description
We are seeking a Field Director to provide strategic, programmatic, and operational leadership across all areas of Relief International's program implementation in Syria. The role will involve ensuring that humanitarian and development activities are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with RI's standards and donor requirements.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in International Development, Humanitarian Studies, Management, or related field
- At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian or development programming
- 5 years of experience in senior field leadership roles
- Proven track record of overseeing complex, multi-sector programs in conflict or post-conflict environments
- Strong knowledge of humanitarian operational systems
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and representation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
