Job Description
We are recruiting a Global IT Manager to join our IT team. This is a remote, full-time position, open to candidates in the UK, France, or Kenya. As a Global IT Manager, you will lead on defining and managing RI's global IT infrastructure and serve as the primary global administrator for all RI IT solutions.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent work-related experience
- Previous experience working with cloud-based (SaaS) solutions as system administrator or similar roles
- Expert in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 environment administration
- At least 5 years' experience in managing Microsoft environments at an organizational level
- Deep understanding of Identity Management (SSO, user provisioning, MFA) and Microsoft intune Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Deep understanding of Sharepoint and OneDrive document management and backup
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English
