Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Technical Support team
- Develop and execute support strategies
- Oversee complex EDI/API integrations
- Implement tools and processes that enhance visibility, tracking, and resolution of support cases
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Monitor team performance using KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, NPS, and integration uptime
- Champion the customer voice
- Build and maintain documentation standards
- Drive innovation in support operations through automation, training, and proactive issue detection
