Remilia Corporation is looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to lead the UX/UI of a new social application from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of UX/UI experience and actual digital product launch history with a large user base.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI experience
• Actual digital product launch history with a large user base
• Experience leading complex and experimental interface projects that were successfully designed and executed
• Expert-level skills in Figma interface design, prototyping, and design systems
• Deep understanding of frontend technology constraints and mobile-first design principles
• Experience with various user research methodologies and conversion rate optimization
• Agile environment experience collaborating with engineering teams and delivering results
• Social platform design, game UX, or experimental digital experience experience
• Understanding of user participation structures, growth/progress systems, and community dynamics
• Experience with traditional interface patterns or spatial-based information design
• Leadership capabilities, including ability to clearly explain and persuade stakeholders on bold design decisions
