Job Description
Remilia Corporation is a design, fashion and creative agency looking for a Creative Producer to own creative operations across their projects. The role involves running production for shoots, events, campaigns, and digital work end-to-end, building timelines, managing budgets, coordinating teams and vendors, and making sure everything delivers on time and at quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in creative production, operations, or project management
- Experience running projects across physical and digital channels
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday)
- Strong budget management skills
- Calm under pressure and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in solving problems
- Engagement with contemporary art, fashion, music, or design
- Familiarity with East Asian markets and collaborators a plus
