Job Description
The Production Technician will be responsible for all aspects of seed corn production in the conditioning facility, including seed conditioning, cleaning, grading, treating, packaging, warehousing, and general maintenance. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently and on time. The individual will also be responsible for quality control and adherence to company policies.
