Job Description
The Warehouse Operator will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately storing and shipping seed inventory. Other essential job functions may include staging deliveries, lifting and stacking materials, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse. They are responsible for inventory accuracy, report generation, and following Quality Management System processes.
Requirements
- Safely perform work activities
- Lifting and stacking materials up to 68 lbs.
- Verify the accuracy of staged loads for shipments
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Follow Quality Management System processes and procedures
- Assist with building and/or forklift maintenance
