Job Description
Remitly is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Customer Success team, collaborating with operations leaders and data analytics engineers to produce metrics, identify issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement. The role involves providing independent analytical support, measuring operational processes, and presenting complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an operational analytics role
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with basic statistical techniques and experience modeling complex scenarios with data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
