Remitly is looking for an HR Specialist to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data, facilitate new hire onboarding, and manage benefits administration. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, a data-driven approach, and knowledge of local labor laws.

• High level of confidentiality
• Data-driven and analytical approach
• Regulatory compliance knowledge
• Strong sense of urgency and sound judgment
• Initiative and resourcefulness in meeting set deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws
