Job Description
At Remitly, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to access, move, and manage their money wherever life takes them. We're looking for a Pricing Analyst II to build pricing engines and lead strategy across regions to enhance profitability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a data analyst role or similar full-time, professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, economics, or another quantitative field (or equivalent additional experience)
- Intermediate SQL Proficiency
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Expertise with statistical concepts (e.g. A/B testing, probability theory, forecasting) and how they can be applied in real-world situations
- Experience distilling business problems, developing hypotheses, building an analytical framework, carrying out an analysis, and writing a clear recommendation
- Strong data storytelling skills, including data visualization, technical writing, and business writing
- Experience finding creative solutions within the constraints of complex systems and policies
